Terms and Conditions – Rawabtech Platform

Welcome to Rawabtech Platform, a digital platform powered by KhitaTech, which allows users to create personal link pages to display content and direct visitors to their various links.
Your use of Rawabik Platform means your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, so we kindly ask you to read them carefully. If you do not agree to any clause of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.
Definitions
- The platform or we or us or our refers to Rawabtech Platform.
- The user or you refers to any person who uses the platform or creates an account on it.
- Content includes texts, images, links, media, or any materials that are published through the platform.
Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time in accordance with the applicable regulations. Users will be notified of material amendments before they take effect with an appropriate period. Your continued use of the platform after the update is considered an explicit acceptance of the amended terms.
Accounts and Registration
- The user must be 18 years old or older to create an account.
- The user is obligated to provide correct and updated information.
- The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately in case of suspicion of any unauthorized use of the account.
Username
The username must be appropriate and must not include abuse or infringement of others’ rights or the applicable laws. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any violating username without prior notice.
Subscriptions and Payments
- The platform provides free and paid plans.
- The subscription can be canceled at any time, and the paid subscription continues until the end of its current cycle.
- All payments are non-refundable except in the cases stated in the refund policy, if any.
- In case of violation of the terms or content policies, the platform has the right to cancel the account without any financial obligation toward the user.
User-Posted Content
- The user alone is responsible for the content they publish and acknowledges that they own all necessary rights to it.
- The platform bears no legal or financial responsibility for users’ content.
- The platform has the right to remove or restrict access to any violating content without prior notice.
- The platform has the right to place a phrase or logo such as “Powered by Rawabtech ” on public pages, and the user has no right to request its removal.
Prohibited Content
It is strictly prohibited to use the platform to publish or share any content that violates regulations or public norms, including but not limited to: sexual or pornographic content, fraud, scamming, deception, unlicensed financial activities, extremist or inciting political content, drugs, gambling, hacking or impersonation, and any content that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or public morals.
The platform has the right to permanently ban the account, devices, or networks associated with the violation.
Usage Restrictions
The user agrees to refrain from uploading or publishing any files or programs they do not have the right to use, or introducing viruses or malicious software or anything that threatens the security of the platform, or attempting to hack, disable, or affect the operation of the platform, or using automated tools or scripts or any illegal means, or placing unjustified technical loads on the platform, or misusing its infrastructure, or committing any act that is considered a violation of the Anti-Cyber Crime Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Account Suspension or Termination
Rawabtech Platform has the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, terminate, or restrict the user’s access to the platform without prior notice in case of violation of these terms, or the presence of illegal or harmful activity, or based on a request from the competent authorities.
Upon termination of the account, the content may be permanently deleted without any responsibility on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the platform and its contents are owned by Rawabtech Platform or its licensed parties. It is prohibited to copy, republish, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written approval. All rights are subject to the intellectual property regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. The platform bears no responsibility for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from using the platform. The maximum potential liability, if any, does not exceed the value of the amounts paid by the user during the last 12 months.
Dealing with Third Parties
The platform may contain links or services belonging to third parties, and the platform bears no responsibility for them, and compliance with their terms falls solely on the user.
Information Security
The platform applies high information security standards to protect data and systems. Periodic security tests are conducted. The user is obligated to take the necessary measures to protect their devices, including using antivirus programs.
Cooperation with Competent Authorities
We reserve the right to share any data or violating content with the official competent authorities in accordance with the applicable regulations without the need for the user’s consent.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed and interpreted according to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the jurisdiction shall be for the competent courts of the Kingdom.
